What is Offset?

Offset shows you the prediction markets that could move your Hyperliquid position, crypto or stocks, and how to hedge each one. It is read-only today, so you trade on the venue. See Introduction.

Where do the markets come from?

Polymarket today, pulled live. More venues are coming.

Does Offset hold my funds or place trades?

No. Offset is non-custodial and read-only. It surfaces the markets and links you to the venue, where you place the trade yourself. See Non-custodial.

Do I need to connect a wallet?

Not to browse. Pick any asset and see its hedges. Connect a wallet, or peek at any address, only if you want to start from the positions you hold.

What does a hedge cost?

The market price of the cover on the venue, plus the venue’s fee. Offset takes no fee today. See Fees.

What if the event does not go against me?

You are only out the small premium you paid, the same way an insurance policy works if you never claim it.

What can I hedge against?

Macro events like inflation and the Fed, price moves, earnings and company events, and sector risks like AI for chip makers or Bitcoin for crypto-treasury stocks. See What you can hedge.

How does it pick the right markets?

An LLM reads each market, works out which way it moves the asset, and keeps only the ones that hedge your side. For stocks it also pulls the sector and macro that move the name.

Which wallets work?

Any browser wallet that connects to Hyperliquid. Connect and your positions load.

Is my position data private?

We only read what is already public on-chain for your address. We do not collect emails or personal info.
